You can pickup your sod the day of harvest, or receive delivery if scheduled. Please call after 11am 850-476-6667 on the day of harvest to make sure your sod has arrived.
Free pick up is available. We can assist in loading with a front end loader, you will assume all responsibility when choosing this Free service including possible damage to your vehicle and or trailer.
Choose from Centipede, Empire Zoysia, Palisades Zoysia, St. Augustine or Bermuda.
CitraBlue St. Augustine is known for its deep blue-green color and disease resistance. CitraBlue St. Augustine has less vertical growth than most St. Augustines and allows for minimal mowing and maintenance. CitraBlue’s shade tolerance is ranked at the top.

Centipede is known for its excellent heat tolerance and extremely low maintenance requirements. A favorite of lawn owners interested in minimal upkeep, Centipede grass requires far less attention and input than other grasses in its growing region. However, Centipede has very specific climate and soil requirements that limit its use in the United States, primarily in the Southeast. Centipede has a life span of approximately 7-8yrs therefore used mainly for commercial applications.
Bermuda 419 is a deep green Bermuda grass with a fine texture. It has excellent weed and disease resistance and is a superior turf for fairways, tees, athletic fields and home lawns. When cut at ¾ to 1 ½ inches, 419 provides an excellent impact-absorbing cushion. Because of its very dense top growth, Tifway 419 tolerates more wear and better resists weed invasion. It is more resilient in winter months when the grass is dormant. Tifway 419 is the most widely used Hybrid Bermudagrass used is the South for Golf and Sports fields.
All of our sod is cut in squares. Each pallet covers approximately 450sq Feet and approximately 160 pieces.
All sod is fresh cut per order. Once sod has been cut your order cant be refunded or rescheduled. If you would like to cancel your order please call our office Thursday before 12pm.
Effective February 1st, 2021 Bryan's Lawn Maintenance, Inc will no longer offer a refund for returning sod pallets. We will honor any returns until February 28th that have been purchased prior to February 1st, 2021.
